Our recruitment process 

As part of the registration process, we conduct interviews to better understand your qualifications. Certain roles may require completing basic tests. Our aim is to provide a seamless registration experience that aligns with your specific position.

In order to register you must have or pass the following:

  • an online interview, in some cases we might have to conduct these in person
  • the right to work in the UK
  • proof of address and identity
  • certified copies of professional registration and qualifications
  • three years of employment history and two references
  • a current DBS certificate or DBS details if on the update service
  • occupational health clearance
